Southeastern Grocers debuts first Fresco y Más liquor store
Hispanic grocer introduces new stand-alone liquor store to Miami customers
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (January 17, 2023) – Southeastern Grocers Inc. (SEG), parent company and home of Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie grocery stores, is opening a brand-new Fresco y Más liquor store in Miami’s Central Shopping Center, located at 3807 NW 7th St. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place Wednesday, Jan. 18 at 9 a.m. to celebrate the debut of the Hispanic grocer’s first liquor store, Fresco y Más Liquor.
Fresco y Más Liquor will offer Miami customers a new convenient destination for wine, beer and quality liquor. The store will feature a wide variety of spirits, including more than 1,400 liquor selections, an expansive selection of rums and more than 500 wines. The store will also feature a selection of mixers, drinkware and other spirit essentials.
To celebrate the new store with the local community, Fresco y Más Liquor will host a weekend celebration on Friday, Jan. 20 from 4 – 8 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 21 from noon – 4 p.m. On Friday, the celebration will feature live entertainment, giveaways, a raffle for a YETI 65 Cooler and samplings from Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Deep Eddy Vodka. The fun continues Saturday with free mystery gift card giveaways for the first 100 customers, special bottle engraving, live entertainment, samplings and giveaways from Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Captain Morgan and Jose Cuervo.
Fresco y Más Liquor will be open Monday – Saturday from 9 a.m. – 10 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
